These apartments are only a few weeks per year available for sub-letting to tourists when the residents renting and living in the apartment are out of town or sleeping in another apartment.
Priority is to let the "Apartments" monthly for residency.
These apartments are NOT a hotel or guest-house or bed-and-breakfast. You sub-let direct from the tenants, not from the owners. You get your own keys. House-keeping is available to serve you with cleaning service.

Cancellation Policy: Please note, if cancelled or in case of a no-show, a fixed amount of EUR 150.00 will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
Up to two further older children or adults are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of EUR 150 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
